April 27, 2024: Bloomfield, NJ 07003 The Bloomfield Bengals (Bloomfield, NJ) softball routed the visiting West Orange Mountaineers (West Orange, NJ), 9-2 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Bengals (8-6) will now prepare for their bout against West Caldwell Tech (West Caldwell, NJ). The Eagles go into the non-league bout with a 3-8 record. In their last bout, West Caldwell Tech was routed by Bard (New York, NY), 15-1, in a non-league bout.
The Mountaineers now possess a 8-4 record. They play next when they travel to Millburn for a non-league bout on Monday, April 29. West Orange will confront a Millers squad coming off a 10-0 league loss to Newark Academy (Livingston, NJ). The Millers record now stands at 2-8.
