In Friday's non-league test, the visiting Penfield Patriots lacrosse squad scored a tight 8-6 victory over the Spencerport Rangers.

The Patriots now have a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Victor for a non-league test on Wednesday, May 3. Penfield will face a Blue Devils squad coming off a 8-6 non-league win over Irondequoit (Rochester, NY). The Blue Devils record now stands at 6-4.

In their next game, the Rangers face the Palmyra-Macedon Red Raiders (Palmyra, NY) in a non-league test, on Monday, May 1. Spencerport will attempt to move on its 3-3 season record. The Red Raiders come into the test with a 7-1 record after their 9-5 league loss to Penn Yan Academy (Penn Yan, NY).
