April 28, 2023: East Providence, RI 02914 The East Providence Townies baseball team scored 10 runs and limited the visiting Mt. Hope Huskies to 0 in the Townies non-league victory on Friday.
The Townies (6-5) will now prepare for their match against Bishop Hendricken (Warwick, RI). The Hawks go into the non-league match with a 10-1 record. In their last match, Bishop Hendricken gained a win over Cranston West (Cranston, RI), 16-5, in a non-league match.
The Huskies (1-1) will now prepare for their match against Barrington (Barrington, RI). The Eagles go into the non-league match with a 3-0 record. In their last match, Barrington gained a win over East Providence (East Providence, RI), 7-2, in a non-league match.
