Indiana High School Softball - New Prairie bounces Valparaiso
April 28, 2023: Valparaiso, IN 46385 New Prairie Cougars (New Carlisle, IN) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Valparaiso Vikings (Valparaiso, IN), 20-5 in a non-league challenge.
The Cougars now own a 14-3 record. They take the field next when they host Bremen for a challenge on Monday, May 1.
With the loss, Valparaiso falls to 0-4 on the campaign. The Vikings host Andrean (Merrillville, IN) to battle the Fighting 59ers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, May 6. The Fighting 59ers enter the challenge with a record of 10-5.
