Missouri High School Baseball - Licking defeats Hartville
April 28, 2025: Licking, MO 65542 The Licking Wildcats baseball team scored 12 runs and held the visiting Hartville Eagles to 4 in the Wildcats non-league win on Monday.
The Wildcats now hold a 16-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Strafford for a non-league test on Tuesday, April 29. Licking will play a Indians team coming off a 11-6 non-league win over Skyline (Urbana, MO). The Indians record now stands at 15-7.
With the defeat, Hartville drops to 9-7 on the year. The Eagles travel to Early (Morrisville, MO) to play the Panthers in a non-league test on Thursday, May 1. The Panthers go into the test with a record of 8-6. Early lost 15-5 in their recent non-league test against New Heights Christian Academy (Joplin, MO)
