Kansas High School Baseball - Kingman wallops Nickerson
April 28, 2025: Nickerson, KS 67561 The crowd at Monday's non-league battle between the Kingman Eagles (Kingman, KS) and the host Nickerson Panthers (Nickerson, KS), saw Kingman's baseball team gain a win over Nickerson by a tally of 20-4.
The Eagles (12-5) will now prepare for their battle against Douglass (Douglass, KS). The Bulldogs enter the Central Plains battle with a 9-5 record. In their last battle, Douglass was overwhelmed by Halstead (Halstead, KS), 12-8, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Panthers face the Hillsboro Trojans (Hillsboro, KS) in a Central Kansas battle, on Friday, May 2. Nickerson will attempt to upgrade on its 1-17 season record. The Trojans enter the battle with a 6-11 record after their 6-1 non-league win over Marion (Marion, KS).
