Maine High School Lacrosse - Edward Little overwhelms Nokomis
April 28, 2025: Auburn, ME 04210 Fans at Monday's non-league test between the Edward Little Red Eddies (Auburn, ME) and the visiting Nokomis Warriors (Newport, ME), witnessed Edward Little's lacrosse squad overcome Nokomis by a count of 17-10.
The Red Eddies (1-0) will now prepare for their test against Portland (Portland, ME). The Bulldogs enter the Class A test with a 0-2 record. In their last test, Portland was overwhelmed by Fryeburg (Fryeburg, ME), 11-5, in a non-league test.
Next, the Warriors battle the Erskine Academy Eagles (South China, ME) in a non-league test, on Friday, May 2. Nokomis will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record. The Eagles enter the test with a 3-2 record after their 14-1 non-league win over Winslow (Winslow, ME).
