Delaware High School Soccer - Padua Academy knocks off Indian River
April 28, 2025: Dagsboro, DE 19939 Fans at Monday's non-league battle between the Padua Academy (Wilmington, DE) and the host Indian River Indians (Dagsboro, DE), saw Padua Academy's soccer squad triumph over Indian River by a score of 7-0.
The (5-3) will now prepare for their battle against Caravel Academy (Bear, DE). The Buccaneers enter the non-league battle with a 9-0 record. In their last battle, Caravel Academy tipped Early College (Dover, DE), 6-0, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Indians confront the Smyrna Eagles (Smyrna, DE) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, April 29. Indian River will attempt to improve on its 5-4 season record. The Eagles enter the battle with a 1-7 record after their 7-0 non-league loss to Middletown (Middletown, DE).
