The Mustangs now own a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Yorktown for a non-league outing on Monday, May 5. Meridian will face a Patriots squad coming off a 16-3 league win over McLean (McLean, VA). The Patriots record now stands at 7-3.
With the loss, Fauquier falls to 3-4 on the year. The Falcons travel to Culpeper County (Culpeper, VA) to face the Blue Devils in a non-league outing on Friday, May 2. The Blue Devils go into the outing with a record of 0-6. Culpeper County lost 12-1 in their recent non-league outing against Riverbend (Fredericksburg, VA)
