Illinois High School Lacrosse - Oak Forest tipped by Lockport
April 28, 2025: Oak Forest, IL 60452 Lockport Porters (Lockport, IL) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Monday as they saw their lacrosse team gain a win over the host Oak Forest Bengals (Oak Forest, IL), 8-6 in a league game.
With the victory, Lockport advances its record to 2-1 on the season. The Porters host Lake Park (Roselle, IL) to play the Lancers in a non-league game on Saturday, May 3. The Lancers come into the game with a record of 4-3.
The Bengals now sport a 3-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Nazareth Academy for a non-league game on Tuesday, April 29. Oak Forest will play a Roadrunners team coming off a 11-1 league loss to Niles Notre Dame (Niles, IL). The Roadrunners record now stands at 0-3.
