Virginia High School Softball - Warren County can't get by Rappahannock County
April 28, 2025: Front Royal, VA 22630 Rappahannock County (Washington, VA) backers left the game pleased Monday as they saw their softball squad nudge the host Warren County Wildcats (Front Royal, VA), 8-7 in a non-league game.
With the triumph, Rappahannock County upgrades its record to 5-5 on the year. The host Strasburg (Strasburg, VA) to play the Rams in a non-league game on Friday, May 2. The Rams enter the game with a record of 11-3. Strasburg lost 11-3 in their recent non-league game against James Wood (Winchester, VA)
The Wildcats now own a 1-4 record. They play next when they host Meridian for a non-league game on Tuesday, April 29. Warren County will play a Mustangs squad coming off a 25-2 non-league loss to Skyline (Front Royal, VA). The Mustangs record now stands at 2-2.
