The Notre Dame-Green Pond Crusaders softball team scored 7 runs and held the visiting Bangor Slaters to 4 in the Crusaders league win on Monday.

The Crusaders now possess a 11-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Palisades for a Colonial - East battle on Wednesday, April 30. Notre Dame-Green Pond will confront a Pirates team coming off a 5-3 non-league win over Southern Lehigh (Center Valley, PA). The Pirates record now stands at 14-3.

With the loss, Bangor moves to 9-9 on the season. The Slaters host Pocono Mountain East (Swiftwater, PA) to confront the Cardinals in a non-league battle on Wednesday, April 30.
