Missouri High School Softball - South Pemiscot bounces Caruthersville
April 28, 2025: Steele, MO 63877 The South Pemiscot Bulldogs (Steele, MO) softball routed the visiting Caruthersville Tigers (Caruthersville, MO), 16-4 in Monday's non-league outing.
The Bulldogs now sport a 14-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Malden for a non-league outing on Tuesday, April 29. South Pemiscot will encounter a Green Wave team coming off a 10-6 non-league loss to Bernie (Bernie, MO). The Green Wave record now stands at 23-8.
With the loss, Caruthersville moves to 2-14 on the season. The Tigers travel to New Madrid County Central (New Madrid, MO) to encounter the Eagles in a Class 2 District 1 outing on Wednesday, April 30. The Eagles come into the outing with a record of 13-4. New Madrid County Central won 11-4 in their recent league outing against Portageville (Portageville, MO)
