April 28, 2025: Brooklyn, NY 11214 The John Jay Wolves triumphed over the host New Utrecht Utes softball squad by a count of 18-0 in Monday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Wolves play the Lincoln Railsplitters (Brooklyn, NY) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, April 30. John Jay will attempt to upgrade on its 7-7 season record. The Railsplitters enter the challenge with a 4-4 record after their 22-4 non-league loss to Grand Street Campus (Brooklyn, NY).
The Utes (3-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Brooklyn Technical (Brooklyn, NY). The Engineers enter the non-league challenge with a 2-7 record. In their last challenge, Brooklyn Technical was routed by Wagner (Staten Island, NY), 15-6, in a non-league challenge.
