The Monroe Trojans softball team scored 10 runs and held the host Lincoln Railsplitters to 7 in the Trojans non-league win on Monday.

The Trojans now sport a 7-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Skyline for a Southeastern - Red battle on Monday, May 5. Monroe will confront a Eagles team coming off a 13-2 league loss to Pinckney (Pinckney, MI). The Eagles record now stands at 2-5.

With the loss, Lincoln moves to 4-2 on the season. The Railsplitters travel to Flat Rock (Flat Rock, MI) to confront the Rams in a non-league battle on Wednesday, April 30. The Rams come into the battle with a record of 6-8. Flat Rock won 23-6 in their recent league battle against Jefferson (Monroe, MI)
