In Monday's non-league match, the host St. Thomas Aquinas Trojans softball team scored a tight 2-1 victory over the Watchung Hills Regional Warriors.

The Trojans (11-1) will now prepare for their match against Metuchen (Metuchen, NJ). The Bulldogs go into the GMC - Red match with a 0-10 record. In their last match, Metuchen was nipped by Old Bridge (Old Bridge, NJ), 13-7, in a non-league match.
