April 29, 2022: Columbus, OH 43209 In Friday's non-league contest, the Mount Vernon Yellow Jackets (Mount Vernon, OH) volleyball squad nudged the host St. Charles Cardinals (Columbus, OH), by a margin of 3-2.
Next up, the Yellow Jackets battle the Dublin Coffman Shamrocks (Dublin, OH) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, May 5. Mount Vernon will attempt to better on its 3-1 season record.
With the loss, St. Charles moves to 10-8 on the year. The Cardinals host Brecksville-Broadview Heights (Broadview Heights, OH) to battle the Bees in a non-league contest on Saturday, April 30. The Bees go into the contest with a record of 9-4.
