April 29, 2024: Crisfield, MD 21817 Chincoteague Ponies (Chincoteague, VA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Crisfield Crabbers (Crisfield, MD), 9-6 in a non-league test.
With the win, Chincoteague upgrades its record to 2-7 on the season. The Ponies travel to Holly Grove Christian (Westover, MD) to battle the in a non-league test on Wednesday, May 1. The come into the test with a record of 1-6. Holly Grove Christian lost 23-5 in their recent non-league test against Broadwater Academy (Exmore, VA)
With the defeat, Crisfield falls to 1-17 on the season. The Crabbers travel to Pocomoke (Pocomoke, MD) to battle the Warriors in a Bayside - South test on Tuesday, April 30. The Warriors come into the test with a record of 6-9. Pocomoke won 3-0 in their recent league test against Wicomico (Salisbury, MD)
