Connecticut High School Baseball - Weaver loses to Somers
April 29, 2024: Somers, CT 06071 In Monday's non-league game, the host Somers Spartans baseball team scored a nice 15-0 victory over the Weaver Beavers.
The Spartans (6-3) will now prepare for their game against Suffield (West Suffield, CT). The Wildcats go into the North Central Connecticut game with a 5-2 record. In their last game, Suffield overcame Haddam-Killingworth (Higganum, CT), 8-1, in a non-league game.
The Beavers (1-4) will now prepare for their game against Hartford Magnet Trinity College Academy (Hartford, CT). The Phoenix go into the Capital Region Athletic game with a 5-3 record. In their last game, Hartford Magnet Trinity College Academy was overwhelmed by East Granby (East Granby, CT), 11-1, in a non-league game.
