Washington High School Softball - Gig Harbor bounces Timberline
April 29, 2024: Lacey, WA 98503 Gig Harbor Tides (Gig Harbor, WA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Timberline Blazers (Lacey, WA), 15-3 in a non-league challenge.
The Tides now sport a 6-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Yelm for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, May 1. Gig Harbor will face a Tornados squad coming off a 6-3 non-league win over Peninsula (Gig Harbor, WA). The Tornados record now stands at 7-1.
With the loss, Timberline falls to 1-4 on the campaign. The Blazers travel to Olympia (Olympia, WA) to face the Bears in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, May 1. The Bears enter the challenge with a record of 0-8. Olympia lost 18-5 in their recent non-league challenge against South Kitsap (Port Orchard, WA)
