New York High School Softball - Franklin bounces Early College
April 29, 2024: Rochester, NY 14621 Franklin Bulldogs (Rochester, NY) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Early College Sharks (Yonkers, NY), 13-3 in a non-league challenge.
The Bulldogs now own a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they host East for a non-league challenge on Thursday, May 2. Franklin will battle a Eagles squad coming off a 7-4 non-league loss to School of the Arts (Rochester, NY). The Eagles record now stands at 2-4.
With the loss, Early College falls to 1-4 on the campaign. The Sharks travel to Monroe (Rochester, NY) to battle the Red Jackets in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, May 1. The Red Jackets enter the challenge with a record of 0-5. Monroe lost 25-1 in their recent non-league challenge against East (Rochester, NY)
