April 29, 2024: Stonington, CT 06379 The Ledyard Colonels (Ledyard, CT) softball nipped the host Stonington Bears (Stonington, CT), 4-3 in Monday's non-league bout.
The Colonels (8-3) will now prepare for their bout against Wheeler (North Stonington, CT). The Lions go into the non-league bout with a 6-2 record. In their last bout, Wheeler was edged by East Lyme (East Lyme, CT), 12-0, in a non-league bout.
The Bears now possess a 10-2 record. They play next when they travel to Fitch for a non-league bout on Wednesday, May 1.
