New Hampshire High School Softball - Timberlane nudges Merrimack
April 29, 2024: Merrimack, NH 03054 Timberlane Owls (Plaistow, NH) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Merrimack Tomahawks (Merrimack, NH), 2-1 in a league challenge.
The Owls now own a 7-3 record. They take the field next when they host Concord for a Division I challenge on Wednesday, May 1. Timberlane will battle a Crimson Tide squad coming off a 18-1 league win over Nashua North (Nashua, NH). The Crimson Tide record now stands at 6-1.
With the loss, Merrimack falls to 4-3 on the campaign. The Tomahawks travel to Salem (Salem, NH) to battle the Blue Devils in a Division I challenge on Tuesday, April 30. The Blue Devils enter the challenge with a record of 4-3. Salem won 18-2 in their recent league challenge against Bedford (Bedford, NH)
