New Jersey High School Baseball - Southern Regional edges Central Regional
April 29, 2025: Manahawkin, NJ 08050 The Southern Regional Rams baseball team scored 7 runs and held the visiting Central Regional Golden Eagles to 4 in the Rams league win on Tuesday.
The Rams now own a 4-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Manalapan for a non-league test on Friday, May 2. Southern Regional will play a Braves team coming off a 5-3 non-league win over Ranney (Tinton Falls, NJ). The Braves record now stands at 7-7.
With the defeat, Central Regional drops to 10-7 on the year. The Golden eagles travel to St. Rose (Belmar, NJ) to play the Purple Roses in a non-league test on Wednesday, April 30. The Purple Roses go into the test with a record of 1-9. St. Rose lost 11-4 in their recent league test against Point Pleasant Beach (Point Pleasant Beach, NJ)
