April 29, 2025: Lansing, KS 66043 The Lansing Lions (Lansing, KS) baseball trounced the visiting West Chargers (Topeka, KS), 10-0 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.
The Lions now own a 10-8 record. They take the field next when they host Ottawa for a non-league challenge on Friday, May 2. Lansing will clash with a Cyclones team coming off a 8-4 league win over Eudora (Eudora, KS). The Cyclones record now stands at 9-9.
With the defeat, West drops to 2-10 on the year. The Chargers travel to Highland Park (Topeka, KS) to clash with the Scots in a non-league challenge on Friday, May 2. The Scots go into the challenge with a record of 8-8. Highland Park won 11-2 in their recent league challenge against Schlagle (Kansas City, KS)
