Kansas High School Baseball - Smoky Valley loses to Lyons
April 29, 2025: Lindsborg, KS 67456 Lyons Lions (Lyons, KS) fans left the game pleased Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the host Smoky Valley Vikings (Lindsborg, KS), 11-0 in a league match.
With the triumph, Lyons advances its record to 10-6 on the season. The Lions travel to Beloit (Beloit, KS) to battle the Trojans in a non-league match on Friday, May 2. The Trojans come into the match with a record of 9-4. Beloit won 16-0 in their recent league match against Republic County (Belleville, KS)
The Vikings now have a 3-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Southeast of Saline for a non-league match on Thursday, May 1. Smoky Valley will battle a Trojans squad coming off a 16-0 league win over Minneapolis (Minneapolis, KS). The Trojans record now stands at 9-5.
