New York High School Baseball - Wallkill edges Rondout Valley

The crowd at Tuesday's league battle between the Wallkill Panthers (Wallkill, NY) and the visiting Rondout Valley Ganders (Accord, NY), saw Wallkill's baseball team gain a win over Rondout Valley by a tally of 7-5.

The Panthers (5-4) will now prepare for their battle against Marlboro Central (Marlboro, NY). The Dukes enter the Section 9 Mid Hudson I battle with a 6-3 record. In their last battle, Marlboro Central held off Rhinebeck (Rhinebeck, NY), 19-1, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Ganders face the Marlboro Central Dukes (Marlboro, NY) in a Section 9 Mid Hudson I battle, on Saturday, May 3. Rondout Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 3-6 season record. The Dukes enter the battle with a 7-3 record after their 6-3 league win over Wallkill (Wallkill, NY).
