April 29, 2025: Stafford, VA 22556 Riverbend Bears (Fredericksburg, VA) backers exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the host Mountain View Wildcats (Stafford, VA), 1-0 in a league test.
With the triumph, Riverbend advances its record to 11-1 on the campaign. The Bears host North Stafford (Stafford, VA) to clash with the Wolverines in a Commonwealth test on Friday, May 2. The Wolverines come into the test with a record of 1-9. North Stafford lost 2-0 in their recent league test against Brooke Point (Stafford, VA)
The Wildcats now have a 7-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Colonial Forge for a Commonwealth test on Friday, May 2. Mountain View will clash with a Eagles team coming off a 9-1 league win over Massaponax (Spotsylvania, VA). The Eagles record now stands at 8-2.
