Maryland High School Baseball - Towson wallops McDonogh
April 29, 2025: Owings Mills, MD 21117 The Towson Generals baseball team scored 18 runs and held the host McDonogh Eagles to 2 in the Generals non-league win on Tuesday.
The Generals now hold a 9-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Gilman for a non-league test on Wednesday, April 30. Towson will play a Greyhounds team coming off a 18-1 non-league loss to Towson (Towson, MD). The Greyhounds record now stands at 2-12.
With the defeat, McDonogh drops to 1-10 on the year. The Eagles host Archbishop Curley (Baltimore, MD) to play the Friars in a non-league test on Thursday, May 1. The Friars go into the test with a record of 12-5. Archbishop Curley won 12-3 in their recent non-league test against John Carroll (Bel Air, MD)
