Illinois High School Lacrosse - Latin overwhelms Homewood-Flossmoor
April 29, 2025: Flossmoor, IL 60422 The Latin Romans lacrosse squad scored 12 points and limited the host Homewood-Flossmoor Vikings to 5 in the Romans non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Romans now hold a 4-8 record. They take the field next when they host Hinsdale Central for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 30. Latin will clash with a Red Devils squad coming off a 11-10 non-league win over Huntley (Huntley, IL). The Red Devils record now stands at 8-5.
With the loss, Homewood-Flossmoor falls to 1-11 on the year. The Vikings travel to Minooka (Minooka, IL) to clash with the Indians in a South Suburban challenge on Wednesday, April 30. The Indians go into the challenge with a record of 1-9. Minooka lost 10-3 in their recent league challenge against Normal Community (Normal, IL)
