Washington High School Soccer - Chiawana nudges Hermiston
April 29, 2025: Pasco, WA 99301 Fans at Tuesday's league battle between the Chiawana Riverhawks (Pasco, WA) and the visiting Hermiston Bulldogs (Hermiston, WA), saw Chiawana's soccer squad hold off Hermiston by a count of 1-0.
The Riverhawks (13-1) will now prepare for their battle against Kennewick (Kennewick, WA). The Lions enter the 3A/4A Mid-Columbia battle with a 10-4 record. In their last battle, Kennewick tipped Southridge (Kennewick, WA), 6-0, in a league battle.
Next up, the Bulldogs battle the Kamiakin Braves (Kennewick, WA) in a 3A/4A Mid-Columbia battle, on Thursday, May 1. Hermiston will attempt to upgrade on its 4-10 season record. The Braves enter the battle with a 4-11 record after their 3-0 league loss to Richland (Richland, WA).
