The Inter-City Baptist Chargers softball squad (Allen Park, MI), was routed 7-0 in Tuesday's non-league contest with the visiting Cass Tech Technicians (Detroit, MI)

With the triumph, Cass Tech improves its record to 11-0 on the year. The Technicians host Grosse Pointe South (Grosse Pointe, MI) to face the Blue Devils in a non-league contest on Saturday, May 3. The Blue Devils enter the contest with a record of 13-3. Grosse Pointe South won 15-0 in their recent non-league contest against Saugatuck (Saugatuck, MI)

The Chargers now hold a 1-5 record. They play next when they travel to Plymouth Christian Academy for a Michigan Independent - Blue contest on Friday, May 2.
