The Clinton Prairie Gophers overwhelmed the visiting Tipton Blue Devils softball squad by a count of 15-5 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Gophers meet the Clinton Central Bulldogs (Michigantown, IN) in a Hoosier Heartland challenge, on Thursday, April 30. Clinton Prairie will attempt to upgrade on its 8-4 season record.

The Blue Devils (5-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Taylor (Kokomo, IN). The Titans go into the non-league challenge with a 0-9 record. In their last challenge, Taylor was routed by Eastern (Greentown, IN), 23-1, in a league challenge.
