Illinois High School Baseball - Pontiac holds off St. Thomas More
April 30, 2021: Champaign, IL 61822 Spectators at Friday's league battle between the Pontiac Indians (Pontiac, IL) and the host St. Thomas More Sabers (Champaign, IL), saw Pontiac's baseball squad knock off St. Thomas More by a count of 8-4.
Coming up next, the Indians play the Washington Panthers (Washington, IL) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, May 1. Pontiac will attempt to move on its 3-2 season record. The Panthers enter the battle with a 3-2 record after their 3-2 league loss to Limestone (Bartonville, IL).
