Pennsylvania High School Baseball - Central defeats Tyrone

April 30, 2022: Tyrone, PA 16686

Central Dragons (Martinsburg, PA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Tyrone Golden Eagles (Tyrone, PA), 12-6 in a non-league test.

With the win, Central upgrades its record to 13-0 on the season. The Dragons host Bishop Carroll (Ebensburg, PA) to battle the Huskies in a Laurel Highlands 1 test on Monday, May 2. The Huskies come into the test with a record of 2-5. Bishop Carroll lost 12-4 in their recent non-league test against Bishop McCort (Johnstown, PA)

With the defeat, Tyrone falls to 7-5 on the season. The Golden eagles host Clearfield (Clearfield, PA) to battle the Bison in a Mountain test on Tuesday, May 3. The Bison come into the test with a record of 4-6. Clearfield won 6-5 in their recent non-league test against DuBois (DuBois, PA)
