Virginia Episcopal School Bishops (Lynchburg, VA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting The New Community School Sabers (Richmond, VA), 6-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Virginia Episcopal School upgrades its record to 8-8 on the season. The Bishops travel to Roanoke Catholic (Roanoke, VA) to battle the Celtics in a test on Tuesday, May 3. The Celtics come into the test with a record of 0-11. Roanoke Catholic lost 15-8 in their recent non-league test against Roanoke Valley Christian (Roanoke, VA)
