Missouri High School Baseball - St. Michael the Archangel holds off University Academy Charter
April 30, 2024: Kansas City, MO 64131 St. Michael the Archangel Guardians (Lee's Summit, MO) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host University Academy Charter Gryphons (Kansas City, MO), 9-5 in a league test.
With the win, St. Michael the Archangel upgrades its record to 11-9 on the season. The Guardians travel to Odessa (Odessa, MO) to battle the Bulldogs in a non-league test on Friday, May 3. The Bulldogs come into the test with a record of 9-13. Odessa won 8-3 in their recent non-league test against Harrisonville (Harrisonville, MO)
With the defeat, University Academy Charter falls to 9-8 on the season. The Gryphons travel to Kansas City Christian School (Prairie Village, KS) to battle the Panthers in a non-league test on Thursday, May 2. The Panthers come into the test with a record of 8-5.
