New Jersey High School Lacrosse - Voorhees held off by Mount St. Mary Academy
April 30, 2024: Glen Gardner, NJ 08826 Mount St. Mary Academy Lions (Watchung, NJ) boosters exited the stadium content Tuesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad nip the host Voorhees Vikings (Glen Gardner, NJ), 6-5 in a non-league battle.
The Lions now own a 6-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mount St. Dominic Academy for a non-league battle on Thursday, May 2. Mount St. Mary Academy will clash with a Lions squad coming off a 11-10 non-league win over Governor Livingston (Berkeley Heights, NJ). The Lions record now stands at 5-5.
In their next game, the Vikings clash with the Delaware Valley Terriers (Frenchtown, NJ) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, May 4. Voorhees will attempt to advance on its 4-7 season record. The Terriers come into the battle with a 7-5 record after their 12-11 non-league loss to Watchung Hills Regional (Warren, NJ).
