Virginia High School Baseball - Galax loses to Fort Chiswell
April 30, 2024: Max Meadows, VA 24360 The Fort Chiswell Pioneers baseball team scored 17 runs and limited the visiting Galax Maroon Tide to 4 in the Pioneers non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Pioneers (11-2) will now prepare for their match against Giles (Pearisburg, VA). The Spartans go into the non-league match with a 10-4 record. In their last match, Giles ran past George Wythe (Wytheville, VA), 7-4, in a non-league match.
The Maroon Tide (0-8) will now prepare for their match against Grayson County (Independence, VA). The Blue Devils go into the non-league match with a 3-5 record. In their last match, Grayson County ran past George Wythe (Wytheville, VA), 6-2, in a non-league match.
