Washington High School Softball - Lynden Christian bounces Oak Harbor
April 30, 2024: Oak Harbor, WA 98277 Lynden Christian Lyncs (Lynden, WA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Oak Harbor Wildcats (Oak Harbor, WA), 11-4 in a non-league challenge.
The Lyncs now own a 4-0 record. They take the field next when they host Anacortes for a non-league challenge on Thursday, May 2. Lynden Christian will battle a Seahawks squad coming off a 11-9 non-league win over Ferndale (Ferndale, WA). The Seahawks record now stands at 1-4.
With the loss, Oak Harbor falls to 5-3 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Nooksack Valley (Everson, WA) to battle the Pioneers in a non-league challenge on Monday, May 6. The Pioneers enter the challenge with a record of 2-4. Nooksack Valley won 21-7 in their recent non-league challenge against Squalicum (Bellingham, WA)
