Connecticut High School Lacrosse - Wilbur Cross drops to Hamden
April 30, 2024: Hamden, CT 06514 Hamden Green Dragons (Hamden, CT) followers exited the stadium content Tuesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad achieve victory over the visiting Wilbur Cross Governors (New Haven, CT), 7-3 in a league battle.
The Green Dragons now have a 5-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Law for a Southern Connecticut battle on Thursday, May 2. Hamden will clash with a Lawmen squad coming off a 7-2 league loss to Shelton (Shelton, CT). The Lawmen record now stands at 4-7.
In their next game, the Governors clash with the West Haven Blue Devils (West Haven, CT) in a Southern Connecticut battle, on Thursday, May 2. Wilbur Cross will attempt to move on its 1-8 season record. The Blue Devils come into the battle with a 2-7 record after their 14-0 league loss to Foran (Milford, CT).
