Minnesota High School Lacrosse - Simley drops to Mahtomedi
April 30, 2024: Inver Grove Heights, MN 55076 Mahtomedi Zephyrs (Mahtomedi, MN) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the host Simley Spartans (Inver Grove Heights, MN), 13-0 in a league battle.
The Zephyrs now have a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they host Centennial for a non-league battle on Thursday, May 2. Mahtomedi will clash with a Cougars squad coming off a 14-10 league win over Anoka (Anoka, MN). The Cougars record now stands at 2-1.
In their next game, the Spartans clash with the Hastings Raiders (Hastings, MN) in a Metro East battle, on Friday, May 3. Simley will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record. The Raiders come into the battle with a 1-1 record after their 15-14 league loss to Hill-Murray (Maplewood, MN).
