April 30, 2024: North Reading, MA 01864 The Medford Mustangs lacrosse team scored 6 points and limited the host North Reading Hornets to 5 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Mustangs (8-1) will now prepare for their game against Malden (Malden, MA). The Golden Tornados enter the Northeastern game with a 3-3 record. In their last game, Malden edged Lowell (Lowell, MA), 10-3, in a non-league game.
The Hornets (1-5) will now prepare for their game against Triton Regional (Byfield, MA). The Vikings enter the Cape Ann game with a 1-3 record. In their last game, Triton Regional was tipped by Essex Tech (Hathorne, MA), 9-7, in a league game.
