In Tuesday's league test, the visiting Strongsville Mustangs lacrosse squad scored a tight 9-8 victory over the Medina Battling Bees.

The Mustangs now have a 6-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Highland for a non-league test on Thursday, May 2. Strongsville will encounter a Hornets team coming off a 17-1 non-league win over Stow-Munroe Falls (Stow, OH). The Hornets record now stands at 11-2.

The Battling Bees (6-7) will now prepare for their game against Hoover (North Canton, OH). The Vikings go into the non-league game with a 10-2 record. In their last game, Hoover nudged Walsh Jesuit (Cuyahoga Falls, OH), 19-8, in a non-league game.
