Massachusetts High School Softball - Oxford bounces Sutton
April 30, 2024: Oxford, MA 01540 Oxford Pirates (Oxford, MA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Sutton Sammies (Sutton, MA), 14-2 in a non-league challenge.
The Pirates now own a 6-4 record. They take the field next when they host Bartlett for a non-league challenge on Thursday, May 2.
With the loss, Sutton falls to 2-7 on the campaign. The Sammies travel to Nipmuc Regional (Upton, MA) to battle the Warriors in a Dual Valley challenge on Wednesday, May 1. The Warriors enter the challenge with a record of 8-1. Nipmuc Regional lost 5-4 in their recent league challenge against Hopedale (Hopedale, MA)
