Spectators at Tuesday's league match between the Piper Pirates (Kansas City, KS) and the visiting Seaman Vikings (Topeka, KS), witnessed Piper's softball squad tip Seaman by a count of 3-1.

The Pirates now sport a 7-2 record. They play next when they travel to Tonganoxie for a non-league match on Thursday, May 2.
