New Haven Rockets (New Haven, MI) fans left the game pleased Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the visiting Center Line Panthers (Center Line, MI), 10-2 in a league match.

With the triumph, New Haven advances its record to 7-5 on the season. The Rockets host Fitzgerald (Warren, MI) to confront the Spartans in a non-league contest on Friday, May 2. The Spartans come into the contest with a record of 7-6. Fitzgerald won 10-5 in their recent non-league contest against Sterling Heights (Sterling Heights, MI)

The Panthers now possess a 4-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Clawson for a Macomb Area - Bronze contest on Friday, May 2. Center Line will confront a Trojans squad coming off a 15-0 league win over Clintondale (Clinton Township, MI). The Trojans record now stands at 11-5.
