The Seneca Bobcats baseball squad (Erie, PA), was overwhelmed 15-0 in Wednesday's league contest with the visiting Mercyhurst Prep Lakers (Erie, PA)

With the victory, Mercyhurst Prep upgrades its record to 13-1 on the campaign. The Lakers travel to Union City (Union City, PA) to encounter the Bears in a District 10 Region 4 bout on Thursday, May 1. The Bears enter the bout with a record of 5-3. Union City lost 2-1 in their recent league bout against Iroquois (Erie, PA)

The Bobcats (2-12) will now prepare for their bout against Erie (Erie, PA). The Royals enter the non-league bout with a 2-10 record. In their last bout, Erie was overwhelmed by McDowell (Erie, PA), 11-0, in a league bout.
