The crowd at Wednesday's league battle between the Switzerland County Pacers (Vevay, IN) and the host Rising Sun Shiners (Rising Sun, IN), saw Switzerland County's baseball team gain a win over Rising Sun by a tally of 10-0.

The Pacers (6-3) will now prepare for their battle against Brownstown Central (Brownstown, IN). The Braves enter the non-league battle with a 8-3 record. In their last battle, Brownstown Central prevailed over Trinity Lutheran (Seymour, IN), 7-2, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Shiners face the Milan Indians (Milan, IN) in a Ohio River Valley battle, on Friday, May 2. Rising Sun will attempt to upgrade on its 2-5 season record. The Indians enter the battle with a 4-5 record after their 15-0 league win over Shawe Memorial (Madison, IN).
