Virginia High School Soccer - Pulaski County nudged by Carroll County
April 30, 2025: Hillsville, VA 24343 Carroll County Cavaliers (Hillsville, VA) backers exited the stadium pleased Wednesday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the visiting Pulaski County Cougars (Dublin, VA), 2-1 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Carroll County advances its record to 7-2 on the campaign. The Cavaliers host Galax (Galax, VA) to clash with the Maroon Tide in a non-league test on Tuesday, May 6. The Maroon Tide come into the test with a record of 0-10.
The Cougars now have a 0-11 record. They take the field next when they travel to Blacksburg for a River Ridge test on Friday, May 2. Pulaski County will clash with a Bruins team coming off a 4-0 league win over Patrick Henry (Roanoke, VA). The Bruins record now stands at 10-1.
